We sell some items and donate others, allowing us to provide packing and pickup at no charge to you.
Do I have to bag everything first?
No. Leave the packing and carrying to us. You just need to decide which items you’re ready to let go of and show us when we arrive. Already-bagged clothing is welcome too.
Will you decide what to remove?
You choose what goes. Please have someone present who can approve the items for removal. We only pack the items you identify.
Where do you offer pickups?
We serve Hampton Roads by appointment. Share your city and ZIP code so we can confirm availability. Scheduling depends on your location and pickup size.
Do you clean or organize closets?
Our service is packing and removing unwanted clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. Housekeeping, closet organizing, furniture and general junk removal are outside the service.
